Clients

The majority of H.E.S.' clients are all reputable names within the private equity industry. They range from well established venture capital firms to the larger buy out houses. The remaining clients are blue-chip names within corporate finance and other alternative asset classes.

With a client base that is deliberately smaller and more focused than the larger search firm, H.E.S. can concentrate on tailoring to the requirements of our client, and providing a consistent and personal service with continuity of the senior search consultant. This, coupled with the fact we will not work on multiple assignments concurrently, is fundamental to a successful conclusion of any assignment.

As our client base is more concentrated than most, H.E.S. is able to search a wider pool of candidates without extensive off-limit issues.
