Karen Halliday
Karen Halliday founded Halliday Executive Search Ltd. ("H.E.S") in 2008 after spending four years at WoodHamill Executive Search, where she specialised in private equity and associated alternative asset classes. In the latter two years she headed the team that won The 2007 Financial News Award for Excellence in Search & Selection in UK Private Equity Search. Karen has also led assignments relating to corporate finance roles.
Prior to becoming a headhunter, Karen spent four years at Palamon Capital Partners, a pan-European private equity firm, and almost seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (then Coopers & Lybrand). At PricewaterhouseCoopers Karen worked in both the London and the Channel Islands practices where she focused on off-shore and on-shore private equity limited partnerships, and other financial services clients.
Karen is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a first class degree in Economics, with over fifteen years of relevant industry experience.
